These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on this website (www.jugglequip.com) or through any other communication with Jugglequip s.r.o. By placing an order, you (whether as an individual or on behalf of an entity) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Throughout these Terms, 'we', 'us', and 'Jugglequip' refer to Jugglequip s.r.o.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be indicated by updating the 'Last updated' date at the end of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. By using this website or making a purchase, you and Jugglequip agree that any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
We strive to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, slight variations in appearance between the images and the actual product may occur and do not qualify for compensation. To ensure the product meets your requirements, we recommend trying it in person at one of our retail partners or at a juggling festival.
All products shown on the website are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that they will be in stock. Their current availability is shown and the system does not let you purchase products that are not in stock.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If that order was already paid, we immediately refund it in full.
Payment for your order is processed via Stripe at the end of the checkout process. If you wish to pay by a different method, such as a bank transfer, please contact us by email, we can make that happen.
You agree to provide accurate product specifications, contact details, and shipping and billing information when placing an order. If you realize there is an error in the information provided, please contact us via email immediately. We will do our best to fulfill the correction request, but please note that changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
The production time of custom Infinity juggling balls listed on the product page is only indicative. It is possible (but rare) that production may take longer than expected. If you require a guarantee that delivery happens by a specific date, please contact us by email, we will try to do that for you.
Jugglequip s.r.o. is a registered taxpayer ('Plátce daně' under Czech law). Product prices include a VAT of 21% for orders shipped within the European Union. For orders shipped outside the EU, prices do not include VAT.
For orders shipped outside the EU, the shipment is subject to customs declaration in the destination country. The customs declaration process is managed by the shipping service. We ship under the DAP (Delivered At Place) term, meaning that Jugglequip covers the shipping costs, while the receiver (you) is responsible for paying any applicable taxes, import duties, and other customs fees.
By placing an order with a shipping address outside the EU, you agree to cover these additional costs, which vary by country. We strongly recommend checking the import duties applicable in your country before placing an order. Below is an approximate overview of import fees in selected countries.
United States of America: no import duties at all on orders under 800 USD
Canada: 10% import duties, 5% goods and services tax
United Kingdom: 20% VAT, 2.7% customs duty
Switzerland: 7.7% VAT
Australia: 10% goods and services tax, no import duties under AUD 1,000
New Zealand: 15% goods and services tax, no import duties under NZD 1,000
The default warranty for our products is two years, except where noted, e.g. Infinity juggling balls have a three year warranty.
Within the warranty period, the product shall be repaired, replaced or refunded if the three following conditions are met: (a) the product breaks or ceases to function properly, (b) it was, between it being received from us and it being broken, used properly – that is for the intended purpose (e.g. juggling), (c) the buyer contacts us and follows the instructions we give them. In case of complaint, please email us and take photos of the damaged product, we will respond you with instructions to apply the warranty. We may and usually do require that you send us the damaged product back to inspect it. The costs of transporting the products back to the seller are paid by the buyer. We try to offer as many options of resolving the issue as possible (repair, replacement, refund), but we may also offer only one or two options due to circumstances (e.g. product out of stock or discontinued).
Jugglequip products purchased from retail partners and resellers are covered by the same warranty, but any warranty claims must be made through the original place of purchase.
In accordance with the Czech laws, as a customer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods if the three following conditions are met: (a) the goods are not custom-made, (b) it is a consumer purchase, not a purchase using a Tax ID, (c) the goods are unused.
If you meet these conditions and you want to return the product, you must notify us first, and then we will give you instructions to do so. You do not have to state the reason why you want to return the products. You are responsible for transporting the goods back to us, including paying for the shipping costs.
We do not do any alterations once the goods are finished and sold.
The Infinities Recycling Program (IRP) applies to all generations of Infinity juggling balls, including both stock and custom versions. You can trade in your used balls to receive credit towards a new purchase from Jugglequip.
The credit amount is 30% of the original purchase price of the balls, regardless of their condition. If you purchased the balls at a discount, the credit will be based on the discounted price.
The credit is issued as a coupon code, which can be used on our website or at any physical location where Jugglequip sells Infinity juggling balls. The coupon code is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
Please note that IRP credits cannot be redeemed at our retail partners.

We cannot identify who you are and we do not share any of the information with third parties.

No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. You are granted a limited license to access and use the website and to download or print a copy of any portion of the content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the website. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the site and the marketplace offerings (including blocking certain ip addresses), to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms and Conditions or of any applicable law or regulation. We may terminate your use or participation in the site and the marketplace offerings, without warning, in our sole discretion.
